VIOLETROSE

Return to previous page.

a strange dragon which has six limbs—four legs and two wings, it is standing on its hind limbs and using its long tail as support. Its head is mainly yellow and appears to be eyeless, it has a purple marking going down its face at a diagonal angle, as well as two purple horns that are covered in small thorns. Its neck is covered in red petals and thorny vines, these vines have roses on them. The petals continue down to its chest and cover the entirety of its wings. Its limbs and the rest of its torso are mostly yellow, though its hands are green. It has faint rose patterns on its thighs and its feet are covered in purple petals. Its tail is green and covered in thorns, roses can be seen growing on it.

"Expect its unique style and brightly colored appearance, the most impressive thing about Violetrose is the strong floral incense scent emitted by its Spirit Field as if there are always flowers burning around its body."

Like the Aurumpython, the Violetrose can also be found in the Astray Swamp, though it is certainly more memorable. It's a fire element dragon, I'm not familiar with how it plays as I've never used it, but its design is easily among my favorites of these really early game dragons, not including the starters. The overlapping petals on its neck, wings, and feet give it an elegant appearance, while its nearly featureless head makes it seem quite otherworldly. The thorns on its horns, wing claws, and tail are a neat touch. I also quite like how the various vines come out from in between the petals of its neck. Even though I have never used this dragon in any of my teams, I quite like how strange it is.
