While attacks by these dragons are rather rare and none have been fatal, they are feared by many for their habits of strangling prey with their bony hands, their strange appearance, and their tendency to show up out of nowhere. Their hands were adapted for killing birds and other long-necked creatures, though they are very useful in taking down potential threats. As they are clumsy in flight, they prefer to walk most places, their wide, webbed feet allowing them to walk across mud and plants with ease. They are avid tool users and are capable of learning very quickly. While they are uncommonly trained due to their negative reputation, they are great companion and hunting dragons for those who can provide the effort they need.

I created this dragon to serve the role of a mesopredator which is feared by many despite the rarity of attacks.
