This is very likely not a surprise, but I grew up with the How To Train Your Dragon books, and even though it's been a few years since I last read them, I still kinda like them more than the movies (I think the first movie is significantly better than the first few books, but I absolutely prefer the later books to the second two movies). The thing about these books is that there are a lot of dragons that are only mentioned by name, and if they're lucky they had a small description. So, as a sort of "mini-article" and as a lead-in to a future, full article, I shall be listing my favorites of these names, as well as any existing information.
All we know of this dragon is that it is a large, ancient species of Sea Dragon. I rather enjoy how the name looks, sounds, and feels when saying it, I am unsure if the similarity to the name of Castle Gormenghast is entirely coincidental or not. They also seem like they'd have at least some similarity with the Leviathorgan (which did recieve a design), as Hiccup was unsure if it was one of them or a Gorgenghast when he spotted the aforementioned seadragon.
This one technically has a drawn depiction, but it is just a single eye. The eye is blue and bears a horizontal pupil; a feature I am always fond of. The latter section of its name is also neat, sharing that name with several species of beetle. I am certainly interested in what this dragon would have been like if it ever got a proper introduction or design, but I do not expect that to happen, though it is unfortunate.
We know a little bit more about this dragon than the others here, it apparently bears some sort of "pick" which it uses to suck the brain out of its prey. They are rather small, yet they are feared by all other dragons due to their brain-eating habits. Brain-eating is always a fun trait for a monster to have, even if I haven't made many myself.
I really enjoy how this dragon's name is just three cool words put together, this name is pretty much all we know about it unfortunately. As the dragons that were seen alongside them were on the bigger side, Ghouldeaths are probably large as well.
This one was actually going to be introduced in one of the comics that's based on the movies, not from the original books. From what I have seen, there are no plans on that comic actually being released, so that is why I've decided to include it here. It would have looked like a large centipede and had the ability to feed off of the emotions of those it has attached itself to. But, my main focus is on the name, and I do certainly like this name.
