The Horror Horse was a supernatural entity of some sort, it resembled a pale, extremely emaciated horse with a humanoid torso and had an almost upright posture, though it was still quadrupedal, having freakishly long forelimbs to support it (sorta like an extremely gaunt, less upright and humanoid Indramon). Whenever it manifested, a gruesome end would befall those who saw it. The two that I remember were an incurable plague that caused flesh to slough off, in the case of the other one, people only ever came across the aftermath, the victim was discovered in a bizarre location either impaled on strange spikes or was simply an unrecognizable mess. There was an organization dedicated to researching phenomena such as this Horror Horse, tracking sightings and the aftermath of said sightings.
I initially forgot to mention this part, but I was also a member of that organization, I mostly brought pizza to people and did work on their website.
