I was in a group of around five other people, one of which was my mother, we were dragonriders who were in this frozen wasteland. We found around a dozen nests which belonged to a small species of dragon, the parents were nowhere in sight and the eggs were strangely soft. Turns out this was caused by this massive black dragon, its face was serpentine, its limbs ended in long claws, and I don't think it had wings. This dragon was a member of a species unfamiliar to us and its very presence had been corrupting the environment. We knew it was harming the environment, so we began combat with it in an attempt to scare it off. None of our weapons could pierce its hide and even the breath weapons of our dragons could not harm it, one of the dragons in our group was eventually able to latch onto its lip using its mouth, that was the only thing that even caused this black dragon to feel pain.
We realized we would not be able to fend it off, and so we fled. We flew to a nearby island and learned a bit more about this dragon from the people there, one of those people was a woman who was missing both legs, lost in a dragon attack. She informed us that our target was apparently a species of sea dragon, its corrupting presence was an adaptation to deal with aspects of its natural habitat. What it was doing on the surface, she didn't know, but apparently this was not the first time this specific dragon came to the surface. She suggested we gather some people from one of the northern islands as they rode these dragons that were called something like Magnadrillers, they had a spiraling horn on their head which they used to drill through ice and other hard materials. She thought that their horn could perhaps pierce the hide of the seadragon.
As we headed towards that island, we flew over a much smaller one and spotted a wooden structure on it. We decided to go and investigate, what little wildlife we could find had signs of the seadragon's corruption. We heard sounded from inside the structure, a Magnadriller had been trapped inside, it was clearly somebody's riding dragon, but we seemed to be the only humans in the area. Other than its horn, Magnadrillers also have a single, long claw on each hand, they were also knuckle-walkers. It traveled alongside us to the northern island and we were able to recruit quite a few people to fight that dragon. I remember we came back to the wasteland to fight it, but I don't remember much of the fight and ended up waking up shortly afterwards.
