Druktal were domesticated by the Droch of Vandir for their meat and strength. They are large, bipedal, mammalian beasts who bear large claws on their forelimbs, these are used for digging up roots and such. They also bear two tusks, they are larger in males and are used in competition, where two males scrape each others tusks together in an effort to break those of their opponent. Sophonts of Vandir commonly use the Druktal as pack animals, though they aren't as commonly used as such outside of the region. They are preyed on by Ulchir, Skendra, Roukra, and certain species of Wyrm, though they certainly aren't defenseless. Other than their claws and tusks, their brownish, wrinkly skin is very thick and can take quite a lot of effort to get through.
