This project was based off of a dream, and is also somewhat inspired by How to Train Your Dragon (both books and movies). I will update this page as I figure out aspects of this world.
This world is full of strange dragons and other beasts, as well as people who've managed to not only tame them, but ride them.
The meanings of each of the stats used for dragons are as follows: Aggression, how likely a dragon is to attack seemingly without reason, willingness to prey on humans, temperment as well as level of territoriality; Intelligence, how easily a dragon learns and adjusts to new things, as well as general curiosity; Sociability, how social a dragon is, how well it tolerates large groups of other dragons, gregariousness; Speed, how fast a dragon can fly, run, and/or swim; Stealth, how well a dragon can evade notice; Strength, how physically strong a dragon is; Breath Duration, how long a dragon is capable of continuously using a breath weapon; Projectile Count, how many times a dragon is able to use a projectile breath weapon in a short period of time (such as fireballs); Trainability, how easy it is to train an adult dragon, social, low aggression dragons tend to have high trainability, while solitary, high aggression dragons tend to have low trainability (though there are always exceptions); Size, how large a dragons is, each size number has an approximate size range attached to it (size 1/tiny dragons are two feet or less, size 2/small dragons are up to ten feet, etc). As an additional note, a size 1 dragon with 10 strength is of course going to be weaker than a size 8 dragon with 10 strength, as a dragon's strength is only compared to the strength of other dragons within its size range.
The dragons which directly originated from the dream this was based on are the Squallshrieker and the Stormwitch, the Undying Tempest which they are both found in also came from that dream.
