Draalskot was the fifth Wyrmgod to awaken, while it physically appears to be rather frail, its control over Ichor is overwhelmingly powerful. However, this comes at a cost — it must constantly supply itself with Ichor to keep itself stable, if its supply is ever depleted — something that cannot happen to the other, more stable Wyrmgods — the best-case scenario is that it simply goes dormant. The worst-case scenario is that it is destroyed and Talveria will have to deal with a fallout many times more powerful than those caused by the death of an Elder Wyrm. Anything destroyed by it or one of its Wyrms is transformed into a form of nonphysical Ichor which is immediately absorbed into itself. It is believed that, during its formation, something — likely and Elder Wyrm — ended up interfering and caused it to form incorrectly, leading to its immense power and unstable existence.
It hasn't left its domain of Laodra in decades, as Asmorium had placed it in a sort of "stasis" in order to slow down the loss of its Ichor. All it can do in this state are communicate mentally with Asmorium, and create Wyrms to supply itself with more Ichor. None of the other Wyrmgods are aware of Draalskot's condition, though Asmorium believes Vengosa may have been spying on the two. It sometimes senses a third presence yet even with its ability to see the unseen, Asmorium cannot find the source. Draalskot, however, can see their observer, though it only ever refers to it as "The False Sun".
Drawn in 2023
Drawn in 2022, design is outdated.
Draalskot was originally created in 2021 and was finally drawn for the first time in 2022, its design hasn't changed much other than redesigning the wings so they would actually look like they'd be capable of flight. Once I draw it again, I'll probably adjust its wings further, as I feel like they're a bit too muscular for something I intended to look somewhat frail. The original Draalskot was known as the Blazing Tyrant, having full control of its powers and deliberately choosing to be destructive, but I felt that the concept was pretty flat.
